Effective August 29th, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. the Town of Antigonish has lifted its mandatory water conservation order to all Town and fringe area water utility customers, which includes residential and commercial properties. The Town is moving to a state of voluntary water conservation.

Please be advised that from August 26 to September 11, 2025, the Town of Antigonish Electric Utility will be conducting transformer replacements as part of the ongoing Grid Modernization Project. As a result, one-hour power outages can be expected in the following areas for residential customers only:
