Applications for the Low-Income Property Tax Exemption are now available for homeowners living in the Town of Antigonish.

Residents who are currently living in their home and have an annual household income of $28,510 or less are eligible to apply.

Homeowners must provide a copy of their 2022 Notice of Assessment with their application. The total tax exemption will be up to $450 of your current tax bill. Applications require a signature from a Commissioner of Oaths, which can be provided at Town Hall by Deputy Clerk Dianne Wilson at no charge.

The deadline for submission is May 31, 2023 at 4 p.m.
