The Town of Antigonish hereby gives formal notice of its intent to introduce the Lodging Home By-law. 

The purpose of the Lodging Home By-law is to develop a registry system for all dwellings identified as a lodging home, as identified and described in the Town of Antigonish Land Use By-law.

Owners of lodging homes will have six months to register with the Town following the enactment of the by-law.

The Town will consider the proposed by-law at a public hearing on Monday January 20, 2020 at 6:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers located at 274 Main Street, Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
