Please be advised that on Monday, September 18, 2023 the Council for the Town of Antigonish will consider the Solid Waste and Private Hydrant By-Laws.
Solid Waste By-law – The Town intends to consider, and if deemed appropriate, give Second and final reading to the Solid Waste By-law. The purpose is to approve amendments and remove the Summary Offence Schedules from the by-law to make future amendments more efficient.
Private Hydrant By-law – The Town intends to consider, and if deemed appropriate give second and final reading to adopt the Private Hydrant By-law with format amendments.
